What should I do if I was not credited for a survey?

Not being credited for a survey that you have completed till the end is extremely rare, but it can happen. If you suspect that this has happened to you, please follow the below steps:

  1. Wait 24 hours to see if the points have since been reflected on your profile. In some instances, especially with the larger point credits, the system takes quite some time to reflect the points on your profile. You also should not expect to see the point credit in your transaction log until the points reflect on your profile.
  2. After 24 hours have passed and the points have still not been reflected on your profile, please log a ticket with the survey link included so that we can investigate the matter further.

Please note that if you were “screened out”, given a “quota full” message “timed out”, “don’t qualify” or attempted the survey multiple times you will not receive any points.
