I haven’t received my account activation email

If your account activation email does not come through in your inbox, please follow the below steps before reaching out to YourView.

  1. Ensure that when you signed up you typed in the correct email address.
    1. If you find that you typed your email address incorrectly log a ticket indicating the correct email address and incorrect email address. We will then get our system partner to assist you with the change.
  2. Check the spam and junk mail folders. Sometimes you may find that the activation email was sent to these folders. To stop any future mail from us getting sent to these folders we suggest you add yourview@kla.co.za to your trusted sender list.
  3. If after 24 hours the email still has not come through, please let us know via our ticketing system.
