Why should I not send multiple tickets and Facebook messages for the same issue?

We ask this of all our panel members because when you send multiple tickets or Facebook messaged for the same issue our inbox gets backed up and it delays our response time. You will be responded to during our business hours from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
