What does “quota full” mean?

YourView renders services to companies who require feedback from multiple groups of people with specific characteristics, behaviors, and/or demographics. Therefore, when we begin putting together a survey within these conditions’ quotas are put in place to make sure we receive the correct number of responses, required by the company, for each target group.

With this in mind if you receive a “quota full” message it means that the survey is already full of respondents within the same target group that you fall into. 

If you find that you always receive a “quota full” message it is because the target group, you fall in is quite large and these panelists may be quicker to enter and answer the survey.

We suggest turning on your email notifications for yourview@kla.co.za and attempting to complete the survey as soon as it is sent to you.
