What must I do if I get a technical error on a survey?

It is more mission to make sure that all our panel members have the most enjoyable survey-taking experience. Unfortunately, sometimes technical issues sometimes do tend to creep up no matter our effort to avoid them. If you do find yourself in this situation, we ask that you follow these simple steps:

  1. Check the Help Centre page on our website under the Survey tab to see if the error you received is listed.
  2. If the error is not listed on our Help Centre page, please log a ticket with the link for the survey, a screenshot of the error you received, and at what percentage of the survey you received this error. We will then send the information provided to our software partners to provide you with feedback.
