How to sign up

Signup Instructions

Dear valued panel members,

Last month we announced that our panel community will move to a new platform! As communicated. The below will try to solve some issues you have when signing up. If you have already signed up, please don't hesitate to ignore it.

To ensure a seamless transition, please follow these steps:

1. Click this link to create your new account: https://www.yourview.co.za/ landing page and website will have the same look and feel.
2. Click the sign-up/login tab (if sign-up and login are on 2 tabs, please clear the cookie and refresh the page).
3. Click signup (to register again)
4. Fill out the registration form with your details
• Name only, no surname no spaces
• Contact number - enter without special characters +27 or 0. (e.g. 731234567)
• Year of birth (e.g. 1987)
5. Verify your email address through the confirmation email sent to you
6. Verify contact numbers via an OTP sent via SMS
7. Complete profiling surveys to make sure we can send you surveys that are suitable for you
8. Explore the new platform and familiarize yourself with its features
9. We will then add your points from the previous platform to the new one
10. We will still be sending surveys from the old platform until we are completely done with the migration

Please note, that you will continue to receive surveys from the old platform until we formally launch the Project, the points will be transferred to the new platform once a week after registering on the new platform.
